Blank Slate Designs will confirm the design, final price and completion timeline. After approval, an invoice with PayPal and Zelle payment options will be emailed to you. Eligible customers may see PayPal Pay Later at checkout. Production begins after your approval and payment are received.

No payment is collected in this form. Your approved invoice will include secure PayPal and Zelle payment options, with PayPal Pay Later shown when available to an eligible customer.
